Most orders shipping to US destinations go out via USPS.
BASICS is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as carrier issues or inclement weather.
International
All orders outside of the United States are considered International Orders. Delivery can take up to 10 business days for International Orders.

WE ACCEPT ONLINE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS:
- Within 14 days of receipt.
- With all original tags and shields attached on full-priced items that have not been worn, altered or washed.
Refunds and/or exchanges are only possible on full-price items within 14 days of purchase. Online refunds will be processed using original form of payment, exchange, or store credit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Basics reserves the right to deny or refuse any store credit/exchange/refund based on the returned condition of the merchandise. (Merchandise must be in original condition with original tags attached and in original packaging)
All underwear, bodysuits, swim bottoms, and seasonal merchandise are considered final sale. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on accessories, adhesive accessories, hosiery, or personal care products once opened (we're sure you understand why). Sale items are final sale. No refunds, no exceptions.
